Ingredients:
steamed rice (4 cups)
vegetable oil (3 tbsp)
garlic (2 cloves)
frozen mixed vegetable (1 cup)
chicken or other meat (1 cup)
sugar (2 pinches)
soy sauce (3 tbsp)
eggs (2)
optional: garnish with chives, cucumbers, cherry tomatoes
