"In this unit we're going to discuss why most mortgage commission splits are irrelevant. Most sales people think that the commission split is everything, but a mere 10% to 15% split on a mortgage deal isn't worth you jumping ship. You'll lose time, and you'll lose much of your current pipeline. Once you add the numbers up, it might not be worth it after all. So look long-term on where you want to go with your career rather than take a short-term quick commission jump."
