South Korean Beef Protests Turn Violent
By E. Blomberg, published Jul 02, 2008South Korean protests against American beef imports have been steadily turning more violent. On June 28 a rally, with an estimated 15,000 people, became the most violent protest yet when demonstrators attacked Seoul police with steel pipes and stones.
