The Prince Albert knot is "compact" (i.e. smaller than the Windsor, and Four in hand knots - but bigger than the "small" knot).

Good for shirts with long collars.
Best with narrow ties, made from soft materials

This is the knot that Spencer Tracy uses in "Guess Who's Coming to Dinner" (For all you film fans out there - of course he looks much better doing it than the demonstration ...lol)
