An old St. Louis-San Francisco Railway railroad hopper appears in Cheyenne, Wyoming along with some other battered hoppers! What a treat to see an old railroad car from a defunct railroad on August 9, 2008! The hopper says "FRISCO", which was the nickname of the St. Louis-San Francisco Railway, which was taken over by Burlington Northern Railroad.

My dad was the last clerk in the Spooner, Wisconsin, office of the Chicago Northwestern Railway, in a depot which is now a museum. As such, I love watching everything railroad and this was neat. (You had a CNW hopper along with the Frisco hopper.)
