While the demonstration is wrong in assuming that it is demonstrating what causes an airfoil (wing) to lift, I suppose it is good to get people interested, but hopefully they will research and learn more about an easily misunderstood subject..

Very interesting. I recently did a solar oven science project with my son, and wrote an article about it. This would also make a very worthwhile school science fair project. Thanks for sharing.
