Chill "Darth/s", you are reading way too much into the video. One, it is called train of thought - someone sees something and they question it. And their ? led to a general discussion of condemnation, not a specific take on "GA HWY 120". Two, some people do lose their yards for widening roads due to condemnation so the info shared may be helpful to some; and there's nothing dumb about that.
