I think that it is kind of truth that disney is a corrupting progran and it was kid and the devil has taken that to gain more power we have to put a stop to it right now!!!!!!!!!!

Desiree, have you been to Disney? The guy isn't a schmuck. The problem is with the technology, not the user. Every single time we went through, at least one person in my family had a problem and at least one person on either side of us had a problem. This is not an isolated case. The delay in actually getting into the park due to problems with the machines reading the cars probably happens to at least a third of those trying to get in. Probably more. I speak from the experience of quite often having to move to another line because somebody was having trouble getting in.

Okay, sure, technology, in the wrong hands, is a dangerous thing and if one schmuck at the front of the line can't figure it out, people behind him are going to get upset. But this is, not by a long shot, what Disney would call a PR problem. That woman will do one of two things....she will A) spend the next hour stewing over this and move on or B)complain to someone and get free stuff because that's how life works at Disney.

I think the point is that the machines break down all the time all day at Disney World and when the machines DO break down, people have to stand there for an hour in line like the lady in the blue shirt. The sound quality wasn't great, but that's what I interpreted from the video.

I just got back from Disney, and I ended up in a line that broke...ahhh! Frustrating, but hey, it's life! Suck it up and sit tight, you're on vacation! Angry people are angry on vacation or off!
